Camille Theuerkauf
Project Officer, Fraser Coast Career Pathways Program
An experienced Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, Camille brings breadth and depth to the Project Officer role. With operational expertise spanning tertiary education, local government and the manufacturing sector, she is known for building solid partnerships, driving collaboration and delivering strong outcomes in complex environments.
Camille's enthusiasm for recruitment and engagement, combined with her entrepreneurial mindset, brings creative thinking, challenges conventional approaches and encourages others to stretch their capabilities to unlock potential. Her previous advisory experience within universities has strengthened her commitment to professional growth, continuous learning and creating positive community impact.
Deeply committed to the Fraser Coast, Camille volunteers with Fraser Coast Mates, supporting Maryborough events and hosting the annual Bloom High Tea alongside their golf day. She also co-leads the “Doing it Tuff” event each year with her mum and brother, in honour of her sister.
Camille is excited to join FCCPP, where she looks forward to connecting schools and industry and supporting young people to confidently navigate their career journeys, recognising that everyone’s journey is different.

Kirsty Hill
Workforce Development Manager
Kirsty is an accomplished program manager with over 30 years of experience in the apprenticeship, training, employment and education sectors. She has successfully managed three Queensland Government contracts for Regional Development Australia Wide Bay Burnett (RDAWBB).
Starting her career as an apprentice chef, Kirsty has held a diverse range of roles, including apprenticeship group training, business development, and managing Federal Government contracts for apprentice and trainee employment and training.
She spent more than 11 years in the Northern Territory mentoring and managing apprentices for Indigenous, diversity and not-for-profit groups, as well as recruiting apprentices and trainees for the NT Government. Kirsty is a strong believer in the power of training to develop both employers and employees, strengthen local workforces, and build meaningful industry-community connections.
A Fraser Coast local since 2010, Kirsty is focused on creating seamless and fulfilling career transitions and workforce development in her current role as Project Coordinator for Jobs Fraser Coast 2025–2027.

Sotera Trevaskis
Director Regional Development Australia Wide Bay Burnett (Contract Manager)
Sotera is an experienced policy, strategy and project management professional who has spent the past decade working in senior and leadership positions.
With more than 20 years’ experience across diverse sectors such as health care, retail, Indigenous economic development, agribusiness and government, she brings a wealth of expertise and a versatile skillset to her role.
With qualifications in Policy and Public Management, Project Management and Business Administration, Sotera takes both a strategic and practical approach to region's economic development.
She is passionate about working with community, business and all levels of government to build stronger, more inclusive and vibrant regional communities.
Through volunteering and professional collaborations, Sotera is a strong supporter of individuals and organisations that make a positive impact on their community.
She and her family have lived on beautiful Butchulla country since 2010, and call Hervey Bay home.

Carly Spicer
Executive Assistant
Carly is an experienced administration, project management and marketing professional who has lived and worked both in Australia and New Zealand.
She has previously worked in a diverse range of roles, including as an insurance consultant, registered financial advisor, and production planner and project manager in the construction industry.
Carly has also run her own successful micro-business handmaking and selling polymer clay jewellery.
She is a strong supporter of small enterprise, and particularly of women in business and industry, and is passionate about rural and regional Queensland’s potential for growth and success.
Carly is currently studying a Bachelor of Paramedical Science, mastering in disaster management, and is an SES volunteer.
